- Cross-Selling and Upselling:
- Recommend additional products or services that complement the customer's purchase.
- Upsell by suggesting upgrades or premium options to enhance the customer's experience.
- Order Processing:
- Assist customers in placing special orders or requests.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels at the counter.
- Notify supervisors of low stock and assist in restocking products.
- Promotions and Marketing:
- Communicate ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers to customers.
- Participate in upselling initiatives and contribute ideas for effective promotions.
- Customer Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Cash Handling and Reporting:
- Ensure the accurate counting and reconciliation of cash at the end of each shift.
- Generate and maintain sales reports as required.
- Maintaining Clean and Organized Workspace:
- Keep the sales counter and surrounding areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Ensure that product displays are well-maintained.
