Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Executive at Dignity Travels Pvt Ltd in Delhi, India. The Counter Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, booking reservations, managing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service at the travel counter.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Travel and Tourism Industry
- Booking and Reservation System Experience
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
- Multi-tasking and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Diploma or certification in Travel and Tourism
