Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at WorldoTalent in Ludhiana East. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals in discovering and showcasing their talents. Day-to-day tasks include conducting talent assessments, offering counseling sessions, and coordinating talent showcases and events.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in counseling or talent development
- Knowledge of talent assessment and career guidance
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive environment
- Passion for talent development and celebrating individual abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Previous experience in talent management is a plus
