Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Trip Counsellor located in Surat. The Trip Counsellor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping clients to plan and book domestic and international travel, and making recommendations for travel products and services. The Trip Counsellor will also communicate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, as well as travel products and services
- Experience with travel booking software and technology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related field
- Fluency in at least one foreign language is a plus
- Experience with sales or customer service in the travel industry is a plus
