Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at Reinforce Insights Training and Advancement in Mumbai. The Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling and guidance to potential candidates for various international tests and study abroad programs. The Counselor will also assist in the visa application process and provide support throughout the duration of the training programs. Additionally, the Counselor will be responsible for maintaining client records, conducting assessments, and organizing educational events.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide counseling and guidance to individuals
- Knowledge of international tests such as IELTS, GRE, SAT, GMAT, TOEFL, or Duolingo
- Familiarity with study abroad programs in Canada, UK, US, Australia, or New Zealand
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English language
- Previous experience in counseling or education field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field
