Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Counselor role at ITpreneur in Pune. As a Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them choose the right training programs, and assisting in their career development. You will also collaborate with the placement team to ensure successful job placements for students.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to empathize and understand student needs
- Experience in career counseling or guidance
- Knowledge of IT training programs and industry trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Certifications in Career Counseling or related areas a plus
