Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to our patients, helping them navigate their treatment plans and addressing any concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient interviews to understand their concerns and medical history.
• Provide counseling to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and procedures.
• Offer emotional support to patients undergoing treatment.
• Educate patients about eye health and preventive care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Participate in patient follow-up activities to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Develop and implement patient education programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Counselor in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in local languages and English.
