Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at Delhi School of Business. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and counseling to students, conducting one-on-one sessions, and addressing academic or personal challenges.
Qualifications
- Counseling, Mentoring, and Guidance skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to empathize and understand students concerns
- Experience in academic advising or student counseling
- Certification in counseling or relevant field is a plus
