Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Counselor and Sales Conversion Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective candidates, understanding their career aspirations, and converting these leads into successful placements. This role involves engaging with potential candidates, providing career advice, and guiding them through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective candidates (nurses, medical technicians, etc.) about career opportunities in Germany.

Provide clear and concise information about the recruitment process, language training, and other relevant requirements.

Convert inquiries and leads into successful sales, achieving individual and team targets.

Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the application process, ensuring a smooth experience.

Collaborate with the recruitment and language training teams to ensure seamless candidate transitions.

Stay updated with industry trends and the latest visa, language, and recruitment regulations.

Requirements:

A completed degree in any field.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil (additional languages such as Hindi, German, or Malayalam will be a plus).

Strong interpersonal and sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in counseling, sales, or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
