Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at Aakash Educational Services Limited in Ganganagar. The Counselor will be responsible for performing day-to-day counseling tasks including providing guidance to students, conducting counseling sessions, assisting with course selection, and providing information about admission processes. The counselor will also help in maintaining student records, organizing and participating in events, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of educational programs and admission processes
• Experience in counseling or customer service
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
