Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct initial assessments to understand clients skincare concerns, goals, and medical history.
- Treatment Education: Explain various skincare treatments and procedures, including benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Personalized Recommendations: Develop tailored skincare plans based on individual client needs and preferences.
- Follow-Up Support: Maintain regular communication with clients post-treatment to monitor progress and address any questions or concerns.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting consultations, treatment plans, and follow-up communications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with dermatologists and skincare specialists to ensure comprehensive care and treatment alignment.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest skincare trends, treatments, and industry advancements to provide the best advice to clients.
- Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring a positive client experience from initial contact to follow-up.
