We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with 0-4 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills. This role is based in India.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries
- Identify and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
