The Furniture Quotation Preparation Staff is responsible for preparing detailed and accurate quotations for furniture products and services. This role involves understanding customer requirements, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring that all quotations are completed in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities: Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and detailed quotations based on customer inquiries and project specifications.
Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers to understand their requirements, clarify specifications, and provide technical advice where necessary.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing, product details, and lead times.
Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and pricing to ensure quotations are competitive while maintaining profitability.
Document Management: Maintain organized records of all quotations, including customer details, product specifications, and pricing.
Follow-up: Follow up on quotations sent to customers, answer any questions, and provide additional information as needed.
Reporting: Generate reports on quotation activity, success rates, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the furniture or interior design industry, is highly desirable.
