Job Responsibilities for Finance Executive -Cost accountant Position at Ahmedabad location
Controlling, Finance and Treasury support
- Weekly Sales backlog and scoreboard preparation
- Passing of Journal Entries in SAP
- Custom Duty Booking and statutory payments
- Payroll Accounting
- Support in making Inter-Co payments
- Bank reconciliation and dealing with Banks
- Supporting Treasury functions
- Monthly book closure activities
- Balance sheet GL Reconciliation
- Working with reporting package TOTH
- Assisting in Budget/forecast preparation
- Preparation and submission for weekly pulse process
- Supporting costing activities
- Assisting in Audits
- Preparing schedules for Cost Audit
- TDS accounting and return filing
- GL Scrutiny and monthly accrual of expenses
- Co Ordination for pending C forms with Consultants
- Co Ordination with SSC team, Sales and Operations team
Requirements
Education back-ground: B.com/M.Com, preferably Inter-CMA or ICA, CS would be an added advantage. Preferably working knowledge of ERP SAP. Experience of about 3/4 years.
