- Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to join our team. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our staff, including counselors, aestheticians, and dermatologists. This role is crucial in ensuring that our team provides the highest quality of care and service to our clients.
-Develop, implement, and update comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff.
-Teach staff about the latest equipment used in aesthetic treatments.
-Assess the training needs of staff and create individualized training plans to address skill gaps.
-Collaborate with team members to formulate SOPs.
-Stay updated with best practices in the field of aesthetic medicine.
-Support business development initiatives where possible.
-Ensure the smooth delivery of training programs.
-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
-Collaborate with management to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives.
-Stay updated with the latest developments in dermatology and aesthetic treatments to incorporate new knowledge into training programs.
-Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training progress and outcomes.
-Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
-Bachelor's degree in Education or training. A background in dermatology or aesthetics is a plus.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training role, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
-Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
