Job description:
· Write news stories for PrintWeek and What Packaging magazines. These are five weekly e-bulletins that cover installations, product launches, trade shows and seminars from raw material suppliers to manufacturers and dealers.
· Writing special features, technical articles and product reviews and tracking printing and packaging trends and innovations in food and FMCG segment for the monthly print magazines and online newsletters.
· Reporting of news, analysis of latest technology and trends in printing and packaging industry for print and online.
· Web and print content development and upload articles on the CMS / website and handle social media.
· Communicate and network with internal and external stakeholders for dissemination of precise information for articles and interviews.
· Proof-read and sub-edit articles according to the editorial guidelines and ensure the publishing deadline for print version of the magazines are met.
· Covering industry events like Drupa, Interpack, Labelexpo, Printpack, Pamex, and Indiapack.
· Conceptualize new projects (editorial/event) liaising with sales and marketing teams.
