Role and Responsibilities
- Strong Understanding of US Terms like Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, 1099.
- Hired US citizens, Green card holders, H1Bs, EAD, and TN1 visa holders. Recruiting effectively through Job Portals & Employee Referrals.
- Good Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, Carrier Builder, LinkedIn, indeed, Internet Search, and Boolean Strings Search.
- Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.
- Handling the entire recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.
- Managing and handling the orientation of new employees.
- Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees.
- Managing the employees data of each department overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
- Leave Management & Salary Making.
- Performance Management.
- Handling Employee Retention Management.
- Handling Employee Engagement.
Requirements
- Candidate must have proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent.
- Experienced with recruiting and its full cycle.
- Having leadership qualities and abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- MBA in Human Resource Management or a similar field.
