We are looking to add a Corporate Travel Coordinator for our Pune office whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. Somebody who is passionate about technology and can work both on a team and independently. We will provide the necessary training, support, and work environment to help you succeed. What are your responsibilities
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel-related services for employees.
- Research and identify the best travel options, taking into account factors such as cost, convenience, and company travel policies.
- Communicate with employees to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing personalized travel solutions and recommendations.
- Manage travel itineraries and ensure all bookings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaise with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and travel agencies, to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice and guidance to employees.
- Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and other travel-related documentation as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and reconcile travel invoices in a timely manner.
- Provide support and assistance to employees during their travels, addressing any travel-related concerns or emergencies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
- Other tasks as assigned

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in corporate travel coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
