Job Overview:The Corporate Training Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities related to our corporate training services. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in sales within the corporate training or education industry, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for corporate training programs.
- Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their training needs.
Present and promote training solutions to key decision-makers and stakeholders.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the corporate training sector.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the training and development team to tailor training programs to meet client requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM systems.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about the latest developments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in corporate training sales or a related field.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Strong understanding of corporate training solutions, methodologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
