Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Corporate Trainer cum Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Theax. As an SME, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development of cyber security curriculum, ensuring its alignment with industry standards and best practices. You will also contribute to the creation of engaging educational content and provide mentorship to both students and instructors. Below given are the responsibilities or services which will be provided by you to the company:

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level guidance and mentorship to students and faculty in cybersecurity.

Deliver basics & advanced cybersecurity curriculum for the Client.

Conduct research and publish findings in reputable cybersecurity journals.

Collaborate with client to enhance the cybersecurity programs.

Organize and participate in cybersecurity workshops, seminars, and conferences.

Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technology solutions.

Mentor and guide students on academic and career development in cybersecurity.

Act as a liaison between the academic team and industry partners, fostering relationships and identifying opportunities for collaboration and experiential learning.

The role is primarily located in Mangaluru, with flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in application security, cybersecurity, and network security
• Proficiency in malware analysis
• Analytical skills to identify and assess potential security vulnerabilities
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity
• Experience in the IT industry or related field is a plus
