Job Description:

Shanti Infosoft LLP is seeking an experienced MERN Stack and Python Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our Students focusing on both MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Python development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on MERN stack and Python development.
• Create training materials, including presentations, code examples, and exercises.
• Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web and software development.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment with current projects and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a developer in the MERN stack and Python.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred.
• Ability to adapt content to different learning styles and levels.
• Relevant certifications in MERN stack or Python are a plus.
• Knowledge of Java will be considered a plus.
