Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Manager CSR to lead monitoring, evaluation, and communication efforts for our CSR projects. The ideal candidate will develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation (ME) plans aligned with project goals and organizational objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to oversee data collection and derive actionable insights for continuous project improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring & Evaluation:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ME plans and frameworks for CSR projects.
- Design and oversee data collection tools, methodologies, and processes to capture project indicators, outputs, and outcomes effectively.
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to project sites, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to derive actionable insights from collected data.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare comprehensive monitoring, budgeting, and evaluation (MBE) reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress and impact effectively through reports and presentations.
- Project Integration:
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate MBE findings into project planning, strategy development, and implementation.
- Budget Tracking:
- Monitor expenses, analyze spending patterns, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in development studies, MBA in Rural Management, or a background in social sciences.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and communications roles within CSR projects or related fields.
- Proficiency in documentation using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, management, and analysis using software tools.
- Flexibility to travel across project locations as required.
