• policies relating to a company's ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities
• public awareness of a company's social responsibility commitments through marketing
• partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups
• that a company's policies meet legal and commercial needs
• links between the company and educational or charitable groups
• the word in schools and local organisations about the company and construction in general
• to timely and accurate data collection and analysis at the corporate and site level
• enrolled in a post-secondary program related to CSR, environmental science, sustainability, Aboriginal affairs, business, and/or other relevant fields
• understanding of Global Reporting Initiative sustainability frameworks
• and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
• abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
• with marketing and PR teams to drive internal engagement and promote storytelling
• budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives
