Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Specialist at Abuzz Oxfordcaps in Panchkula. The Corporate Sales Specialist will be responsible for corporate sales, sales management, business development, and negotiation activities to drive revenue growth and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Corporate Sales and Sales Management skills
• Prior experience in staff/student accommodation
• Business Development expertise
• Negotiation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Experience in the real estate or student accommodation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
