Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientedSales Specialistto promote our restaurant and taproom and expand our customer base within the corporate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the culinary industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to target corporate clients and increase brand awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses, event planners, and corporate organizations.
• Organize and execute promotional events, tastings, and corporate catering opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns.
• Track and analyze outreach efforts and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and industry functions to represent the brand.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in corporate sales and business development in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of the food & craft beer industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
