We are looking for proactive Team leader for outbound insurance sales process. Incumbent will be responsible for calling prospective clients & Sale them the various insurance products.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
- Handle & mange sales team & respond to leads for general insurance products such as workmen compensation, Doctor- Professional Indemnity insurance, Property, marine insurance, Motor and group health insurance.
- Follow-up with leads regularly to collect information from prospective clients to source quotations.
- Share product information articles, info graphics, and videos to prospective clients to persuade them to finalize benefit structure.
- Use proprietary pricing engines and calculator to generate price for the client
CANDIDATE BACKGROUND:
- Commercial insurance experience, e.g. in group health, property and liability, is very useful
- B2B/B2C sales experience
- Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way.
