Position: Corporate Sales Associate (Bulk Orders)

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager / Director of Sales

Job Summary:


As a Corporate Sales Associate for Bulk Orders in the Restaurant Division, you will be responsible for identifying and securing corporate clients who require bulk food orders for events, meetings, or regular office catering. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless order and delivery process to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Target Corporate Clients:


- Research and identify potential corporate clients who may benefit from bulk food orders.

- Develop and implement strategies to reach out to potential clients and convert leads into sales.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships:


- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in corporations.

- Regularly engage with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and provide exceptional service.

Sales and Negotiation:


- Present and promote restaurant services to corporate clients.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and secure long-term partnerships.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Order Management:


- Coordinate with the restaurant's operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of bulk orders.

- Monitor order fulfillment and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Market Analysis and Reporting:


- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.

Customer Satisfaction:


- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and resolving any issues quickly.

- Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service quality.

Team Collaboration:


- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.

- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.

- Strong network within the corporate sector is a plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
