Job Description

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals in the corporate IT sector.
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing guidance to drive performance.
Identify and prospect new corporate clients while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to penetrate the corporate IT market.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of success in corporate IT sales, with at least [number of years] years of relevant experience.
