JD Corporate Sales Manager Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager Job Code: COSM_001 Grade: G4_Manager Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target corporate clients in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's corporate client base through proactive prospecting and relationship-building efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within corporate accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions that align with their goals. Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with corporate clients to achieve profitable agreements and maximize revenue opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to corporate clients. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Analyse sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales effectiveness. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for growth and expansion. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 4 to 5 years of experience in corporate sales, with a focus on the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing sales teams, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals. JD Corporate Sales Manager Deep knowledge of the F&B industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
