*Job Description:*

We are looking for a passionate Intern to join our Sport Business Development team, focusing specifically on badminton initiatives in Bangalore. As an Intern Sport Business Development (Badminton), you will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities, forging partnerships, and contributing to the advancement of badminton in the region.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Conduct market research to identify potential corporate teams within the badminton community in Bangalore
2. Identify potential corporate clients for participation.
3. Day to Day relationship building
4. Assist in developing strategies to elevate the profile of badminton events, tournaments, and talent development programs.
5. Support the team in creating compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to potential sponsors and partners.
6. Assist in organizing and coordinating badminton events, workshops, and community engagement activities.
7. Stay updated on badminton industry trends, player performances, and tournament schedules to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
8. Attend badminton-related events, matches, and networking sessions to build relationships and represent the company within the badminton community.
9. Provide administrative support to the Sport Business Development team, including maintaining databases and tracking progress on initiatives.

*Qualifications:*

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field.

2. Passion for badminton and strong knowledge of the sport, including understanding of players, tournaments, and industry dynamics.

3. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Kannada is a plus.

4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, athletes, and badminton enthusiasts.

5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.

7. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

8. Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening and weekend events.
