Job Description-
Key Responsibilities -
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Create a healthy pipeline from existing networks, social platforms, calls and emails.
- Define and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closure.
- Give product demos and hold commercial discussions with decision makers..
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Preferred candidate profile-
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as Corporate Sales Manager.
- Experience in the E-commerce industry is a plus.
- Strong commercial knowledge and ability to finalize contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and a strong business acumen
- Must have a strong network of existing clients.
- Experience of working with online platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales, territory management, distribution channel management,
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and driving growth.
