Job Description

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth in the diagnostic and lab testing market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue, building client relationships, and promoting our suite of products and services.

Responsibilities:

Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective clients within the diagnostic and lab testing sector, including Corporate Offices, clinics, Societies, and healthcare facilities. Utilize various sales techniques and channels to generate new leads and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts. Understand client needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor solutions that address their specific requirements.

Product Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct engaging and informative presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our diagnostic and lab testing solutions. Effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Sales Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to secure profitable deals and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams, such as pricing, legal, and finance, to facilitate the negotiation and contract signing process.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact to final closure, using CRM software and other sales tools. Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progressions to ensure timely follow-up and closure.

Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to diagnostic and lab testing. Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, customer service, and operations, to align sales strategies with company objectives and customer needs. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
