- Develop new business opportunities with potential customers / corporates at all stages of the sales cycle including targeting, prospecting, and presenting business propositions.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Plan for lead generation and lead processing through calls and visits.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. He should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- End to end selling: from cold calling/emailing, to aligning qualified meetings, to conducting meetings, to closing deals and key account management after. First 8-12 months will be an IC role, basis performance, a team of SDRs/Inside Sales Reps will be built to manage the setting of qualified meetings piece.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent
5 to 8 Years of Proven working experience as a business development manager, or a relevant. - Experience in Corporate Sales B2B (ideally to Owners / Directors CMO & CHRO)
- Experience in Service / Project / Consultative selling
- Respond with a sense of urgency and deal with confidential information.
Enthusiastic and should be taking initiative.
