Job Description

  • Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to drive the growth of our certification programs within corporate sectors. This role encompasses both direct sales and lead generation responsibilities, requiring a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our certification programs to decision-makers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential corporate clients who would benefit from our certification programs.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. Develop and execute strategies to generate interest and schedule phone meetings or virtual presentations.Prepare Presentation: Develop detailed and persuasive pitches that clearly articulate the benefits and ROI of our certification programs. Customize pitches based on client needs, addressing their questions and concerns, and demonstrating how our programs meet their objectives.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for corporate certification program sales. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
Client Engagement: Engage with corporate clients to understand their training and certification needs. Present tailored solutions and demonstrate the value of our programs to meet their specific requirements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including L&D professionals. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support as well as retention.Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline status, and overall performance. Utilize data to refine strategies and optimize results.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to enhance our offerings and sales approach.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, training, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and effective program delivery.

  • Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and lead generation, preferably within the professional training or certification sector.
Strong understanding of corporate training needs and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive sales results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and lead generation.
