Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Director to lead and drive our corporate sales strategy. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in achieving sales targets, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive corporate sales growth.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of corporate sales professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-value clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
