Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Identifying Prospects:

Researching and identifying potential clients or customers in the B2B space.

Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Developing a deep understanding of the target market and customer needs.

Lead Generation and Acquisition:

Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing.

Qualifying leads and prospects to determine their fit with the company's products or services.

Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers and expand the company's customer base.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Understanding clients business needs and objectives and providing tailored solutions to address them.

Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.

Sales Strategy Development:

Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Negotiation and Deal Closure:

Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Leading the negotiation process and resolving any conflicts or objections raised by clients.

Closing deals and securing contracts with new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the B2B market.

Monitoring competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed about market dynamics and competitive landscape.

Using market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development initiatives.

Preparing regular reports , summarizing sales performance, key metrics, and future growth opportunities.

Providing insights and recommendations based on sales data and market analysis to inform

strategic decision-making.
