We are looking for a Corporate Salary (Sales) professional to join our leading MNC bank in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in sales in the Indian job market context. The candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business for the bank by selling corporate salary accounts to potential clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to clients
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay abreast of industry trends
• Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the bank
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
