Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant at UpMan Placements in Mumbai. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for graduate recruitment, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, effective communication with candidates and clients, and recruiting top talent for various positions.

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in recruitment processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
