Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Recruiter at Ronnie HR Solutions. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various roles within the organization. They will also facilitate the entire recruitment process, including conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of resume databases and applicant tracking systems
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
