Overview:

Seeking an experienced HR Recruiter/Executive to join our team. Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates aligned with company values.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on needs and goals.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods (social media, job boards, networking).
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
• Promote employer brand at events and through outreach.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Support HR team and provide guidance to hiring managers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR recruitment for 1 year atleast.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
• Certified HR professional (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
