Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Corporate Recruiter to join our dedicated team at Saiva System. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier candidates for various positions within our company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment to further develop their skills and contribute to the growth of a thriving e-commerce fashion brand. The position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time role.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully hiring candidates for various roles
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and its recruitment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
- Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Stay updated on industry trends and utilize innovative recruitment techniques to attract top talent
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities
