Mission
- To provide to the company the RFQ Response on time and acccurate
- To Support for Back office Task -like Strengthen QMS Audits TCO and P10 changes implementation follow up with Plants and TCO
Functions / Tasks
- New RFQ Study of Design Input / Bill of Material to identification for Device List
- Customer CTR / DVP standard requirements Review with Customer & Designer for RFQ consideration
- Finalyzation of Device list e.g. Checking fixture / Testing Fixtures (External DVP testing ) and ( Internal Testing e.g.Photometry Fixture )
- Supplier communication & Quotation as per Device list & DVP
- RFQ data preparation & review & submission.
- Cost negotiation for meeting Target Objective Cost for New Business or engineering changes in new RFQ
- Strengthen QMS IATF Audits TCO- Internal / External
- P10 changes implementation follow up with Plants and TCO
