nDescription We are looking for lawyers who have focused experience on Corporate M&A, Transactions and Advisory. Capable of handling transactions with minimal supervision. This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior associate at our Bengaluru office. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal representation, advice, and services to clients, participating in team meetings and case discussions, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in case preparation and court proceedings.
