Job Description:
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate and business matters, including contracts, compliance, and intellectual property
- Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements, including MoUs, partnership agreements, employment contracts, and vendor agreements
- Ensure compliance with laws, including corporate governance, employment, and data protection
- Advise senior management on legal risks and providing strategic solutions to mitigate potential legal issues
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Lead Trademarks, patents and IPR related registrations
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- LLB/LLM or equivalent degree, with a minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience.
Required Expertise:
- Strong negotiation skills for handling legal contracts and agreements
- Familiarity with corporate structures, data protection, intellectual property and privacy laws
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
