Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team at ABD Group. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters related to real estate transactions and corporate affairs. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in the field of corporate law. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience as a Corporate Lawyer, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and corporate law
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Knowledge of residential law and related regulations
Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions and corporate matters
- Review and negotiate various legal contracts and agreements
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and legal opinions
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and potential liabilities
- Assist in corporate governance matters and compliance issues
- Handle legal disputes and litigation matters
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry and corporate law
