Job Description: IILM Law School is a leading Law School in India offering B.A. LL.B. (H), B.B.A.LL.B. (H), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes. We invite applications for the positions of Faculty in the IILM Law School, Gurugram with expertise in the areas of Corporate Law and Business Law, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Laws and Cyber Laws.

Role Description:

The above positions are full-time, based at our IILM University Gurugram Campus. The selected candidates will be responsible for Teaching, Research, and Service, and will actively contribute to the Academic and Research initiatives of the University. Additionally, they will undertake administrative and professional responsibilities as assigned within the academic ecosystem.

Requirements:

Eligibility & Work Experience:

Professor LL. B, LL. M, Ph. D with 10 years of teaching experience (at least 5 years as Associate Professor), 10 Quality publications in SCI/ UGC Care/ Scopus, 2 PhD guided (awarded)

Associate Professor: LL. B, LL. M, Ph. D with 8-years of teaching and/or research experience. 5 quality publications in SCI/ UGC Care/ Scopus

Assistant Professor: LL. B, LL. M, NET/Ph. D with good academic record, prior teaching experience is desirable, 2 quality publications in SCI/ UGC Care/ Scopus

Desirable:

Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor a diverse student body.

Strong organisational and management skills.

Experience in curriculum development, course design, and assessment

Publications in high-quality academic journals and/or presentations at international conferences.
