Role: KYC AML - Team Lead SMEAM

Job Location: Bangalore

Open Position: 40+

Exp Required: 5+ years

Shift: 11:00 - 8:00 PM

Primary Skills: KYC, AML , CDD ( Customer Due Diligence ),EDD ( Enhance due diligence ), OFAC FOR COPORATE KYC FOR US / UK CLIENTS

• Develop and implement effective KYC/AML policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to KYC/AML.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to promote a culture of compliance.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and report any findings to the appropriate authorities.
• Provide training and support to staff on KYC/AML matters.
