Timings : 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST (9:00 am- 6:00 pm EST)

Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for hire top talent that aligns with the company's goals and values.
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, identifying, screening and sourcing, qualified profiles who has experience in hiring internal domestic resources for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including domestic job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Review and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Coordination with candidates from interview to onboarding End-to-end process.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication.
- 2-5 years of experience required strictly in the Talent Acquisition (Hiring) preferably in US Staffing domain.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Familiarity with hiring individuals within US staffing having experience in working with direct, implementation and prime vendors.
