  • Development of new business opportunity in the area of corporate finance
  • Acquire a new client by conducting research on local market identify potential business opportunity and establishing personal contact with them.
  • Making Business development and marketing plan to achieve new target
  • Making presentation to the perspective client as a part of sales pitch
  • Meeting and developing relationships with practicing CAs, CSs, Lawyers.
  • Source Investment Opportunities across sectors.
  • Handling all client communication and negotiations with lenders, and coordinating work towards deal closure
