We are looking to hire professionals for corporate finance & Investment space in Deal Advisory Segment.

Designation: Associate

Experience: 1-2 Years

Practice: Tech/ ITES

Location: Bangalore

Education - Post Graduate from reputed B-school OR CA / CFA

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Work on Private Equity and M&A advisory projects both on sell-side and buy-side of the transaction.

Own the transaction life-cycle, end-to-end including industry research, market mapping, building and making mandate pitches, financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and closing activities.

Work on marketing collaterals and documents such as pitchbooks, information memorandums, teasers, etc.

Liaison with clients/stakeholders; work closely with senior leadership for execution support.

Conduct extensive industry research and client interfacing. Stay updated on the latest trends in and beyond the industry.
